Ice skating by our pond

I felt badly that my son gets bored easily. He has no one to play ice skating last weekend. He loves to play hockey. He wants somebody to challenge him with the sticks. He pretends he is a goal tender like his favorite Buffalo Sabres goal tender Jonas Enroth. He is ready and wears his hockey outfit. He has everything that a hockey goalies needs.

He asks me if I want to play ice skating with him. I do not know how to ice skates. All I know is I can stand and go around the pond. I am not a fast ice skater like my husband and my kids. I still do it for my son. I put my knee pads to protect my knees if I fall. I am an old woman you know.

We had fun playing hockey. My son was very happy. I try to shoot the pack and he blocks them. My son is a very good hockey player. I hope someday we can put him to a hockey group so he can develop his skills.  This is me standing but not falling. My son took this picture.

He wants me to ice skates with him again. I have no choice but to get ready and play with my son. Please wish me luck that I will not fall and have bruises.

Oh hello September

What can I expect with you September? Well, the school will begin this week. My kids are in 5th and 2nd grades. This is the first time that my kids will ride different bus. The big brother will go in different school. The little girl will go in the same school and ride the same bus. I hope that she is alright riding the bus by herself. I feel badly for her that her big brother is not around to protect and keep her safe.

September also is the start of football. My family cannot wait to watch football. I am sure that out weekend is exciting now that football will start soon. We cheer for our team, The Buffalo Bills, even they stink but we still love to cheer them.

September also is the month where I passed my road test. A week after it is my citizenship anniversary. This month is my 3rd year anniversary as a driver and as a naturalized American. It is also our anniversary when my boyfriend (now my husband) visited me in the Philippines.

September also is the fall. The surroundings will turn very pretty with leaves changing its colors. It is also the beginning of chilly weather. I do not like the cold but have to deal it as I live in America.

Chicago Blackhawk’s won the Stanley Cup 2013

It was two days ago when Chicago Blackhawk’s won the Stanley cup championship against Boston Bruins 3-2. I thought that the Boston Bruins will tie the standing that night. The Chicago Blackhawk’s came back and scored twice in a few minutes. The Chicago Blackhawk’s won the hockey championship.

The franchise won the Stanley Cup twice in four years time.  The MVP is Patrick Kane which I will write it in my sports journal. Did you watched it? We watched that Monday night game. My kids and I watched it as my husband still at work and be home in a later time that night. We are all hockey fans.

My son likes to watch race car show. He just loves to look at all the cars zooming around the circle. He likes Kyle Bush of all the race car drivers. Why? It is because they have the same name. I know that my son learns how to drive at a young age. You should watch my son  while driving his ATV. He has no fear and drives like a professional. Does your son has ATV too? He also likes to drive our golf card which is very easy to drive. My little girl learns how to drive at a young age too.

Bubba Watson won the Masters champion

My husband and my son love to watch golf on TV. I am watching it too as it is very interesting to watch. We watched the Masters before going to my sister’s-in-law’s Easter dinner. I thought that Bubba Watson will not win the Masters as he is behind. We left the house and continue watch the golf at my sister’s-in-laws- house. Everybody is watching the golf show too. Fortunately, Bubba Watson won the Masters champion. He beats the guy Louis Oosthuizen from South Africa that made Double Eagle. It was a fun game to watch. Did you watch it too?

Are you ready for the Super bowl?

Last weeks play-offs were full of twist and turn. What do you think? The best teams lose that you were expecting to win. The Saints and the Packers were losing. I thought that one of this team will play in the super bowl because of their record during the regular season.

I am so excited that the Patriots and the Giants are playing in the Super Bowl championships. I both like the New England and New York. These are great teams. I cannot wait for the Super bowl. I am one of the football million fans. Do you like to watch football? Who is your favorite team? I love our own team the, Buffalo Bills, even if they are not doing well.

The Buffalo Sabres won

I am glad that our hockey team won lasts night game. They played with Toronto’s Maple Leaf. The score was three to two. We did not watch on TV. The cable provider has some issues that need to resolve. I listened in the Web live. I am glad that they won. They needed that win. They will go on a seven days road trip. It is not great playing while you are away. I hope that they will win again. I hope that they will make it to the play-offs just like last year. Are you a sports fan? Which sports do you like? I am a hockey fan aside from the football.

What teams will play in the Super Bowl

Is your teams hope still alive in the play-offs? Good for you because our own team did not make it. They were good in the first five games of the show but lose after. It is sad but as one of the million football fans, what can you do? You just have to admit reality that our team stinks.

I always am looking forward for the super bowl every year. Why? It is because that week my son is celebrating his birthday too. We will have party for him. The fathers will play the super bowl bets. The mothers are always chit-chat. The kids can watch or play games in the living room. Good thing we have a big house for everybody to have the fun they want.

He lost his job as a quarter back. He is a free agent now. Any NFL owner can hires him after he played 1-4 from Minnesota Vikings. I am such a football fan. A Dallas cheer leader tackled by her football team player

I saw this Thursday on Thanksgiving night while watching football. I keep on forgetting to write it in my journal. Melissa Kellerman, a Dallas cheerleader, tackled by her football team player Jason Witten on the back field. It was no intentional but it was too cute to watch. She did not get hurt which was great. Free style motocross rider dies before exhibition at Texas Motor speedway

Jim McNeil age 32 died while practicing before the exhibition on Sunday. This sport is very dangerous. I know my son likes this kind of sport. It is fun to watch but it is scary. I am sorry for his parent’s loss. Boys will be boys. We cannot do anything about it. This is his passion and it was sad that he ended this way.

Dallas Cowboy Quarterback Tony Romo’s wife is pregnant

Who loves to watch football here? I know I do. Football is one of my favorite American�s sport. What about you.

I think Tony Romo is a hottie. I like him. I still cheer for our favorite football team. I am happy that his wife is pregnant. It will add addition to their football family if he is a boy. I wish both of them luck.

Buffalo Sabres hockey won 3-0 against Florida Panthers

We are happy that our hockey team, Buffalo Sabres won tonight. They scored 3-0 against Florida Panthers. It is exciting to watch them when they play. They play out-of-town today. This was their second time to win this week. I hope they keep their standing good. Do you like hockey? Who is your favorite team? My family is a hockey fan. We are noisy and cheers for our team. The kids are in hurry to finish their home work because they want to watch the hockey game. My kids can both ice skating. They are both better than their Mommy. Thanks to their Daddy for never quit teaching them how to play ice skating by our pond.

Buffalo Bills lost the football

Our team, the Buffalo Bills, lost the game yesterday. It was very nerve bricking to watch the football. Our family loves sport, and football is one of our favorites. You should hear our kids cheer when our team got a touch down. Yesterday they lost, it was sad but games are like that, a winner and a loser. Unfortunately we are in the loser side. The Buffalo Sabres won the first hockey game

Our team Buffalo Sabres is in Europe. They had their first game against Anaheim Ducks yesterday. The score was 4-1, our team won. My family is a big hockey fan. Do you love sports? What team is your favorite?

Foul-ball flub earns Dad a death stare

A Taiwanese couple watch football with their kids. The Daddy who was holding his little girl almost drop as he caught for a foul ball. Can you imagine if that was you? What would your reaction be? The husband got a death stare from his wife. I do not blame her. Daddy next time keep an eye on your kids not on the foul ball.

My son's ATV broke

He needs a new ATV. I told my husband to wait until Christmas to buy him one. He learns driving at a young age. He has good hand and eye coördination while driving the ATV. I bet he drives better than the adults I know. He said he cannot wait when he reach 16 years old. Oh boy! trouble is in the way. This time his Daddy wants him to buy a Polaris just like his Daddy but a small one. ATV is not cheap either but it is worth. I guess he has to wait couple of months before having a new ATV.

Finally after 8 years Buffalo Bills beat New England Patriots 34-31

It was very exciting football game yesterday. Finally after 8 years our team, Buffalo Bills, beat New England Patriots 34-31. Buffalo Bills in the number one on AFC. I hope that the wins will continue. Rien Lindell is a hero because of his kick 28 yards field goal. Can you imagine how happy the crowds are at the field?

Buffalo Bills won on the week 2

We are so happy that our football team won on the week 2. We missed few minutes of the game because we left. When we arrived at the restaurant, we are the first to come. We continue listening football in the car. It was a great game. It was a happy celebration at the restaurant. We are truly a football fans.

Football here we go

Lasts night was the opening game of the football season. The first teams played were Packers and the Saints. We were cheering for the Packers. We were happy that they won. Why do we cheer for Packers? It is because one of the players is from our city. We were so proud of him. Football here we go. I always look forward to watch football.
