Finding ways to prevent cancer

My eldest sister is a breast cancer survivor. With God’s graceful blessing, she has been cancer free for four years I believe or so. She still visits the doctor to check her health. Everybody is prone to cancer whether we like it or not and that includes me too. How do we prevent cancer? I think everybody wants to know the answer to that important question.

Do you know that with just six (6) dollars we can help prevent cancer? It is too good to believe, right? Flavonoids are compound that we get from fruits and vegetables. If you do not like to eat vegetables, start eating now. Besides it is very healthy for you, it prevents from any illness too. Flavonoids are anti-oxidants too. They help prevent cancer. One of the flavonoids called quercetin. You can find quartering from vegetables and fruits. When you take quercetin, make sure you have to drink vitamin c too. It does not dissolve in water. Quercetin is only six dollars which is very cheap. Green Tea extract helps also prevent cancer. Health is wealth, that is way you have to eat fruits and vegetables to protect yourself. For more information about quercetin, please check the Website.

Bed Rail

My little girl sleeps on her big bed by herself. She moves a lot when she is sleeping that

Mommy wants to protect her Princess from not falling off the bed.  She had a bed rail

before but daddy throw it in the garbage. He thought that she will not need it

anymore. One time, my little girl, told Mommy that her back hurts. I asked her why and

she said she fell off the bed. I told my husband about it. He said that he will buy her a

bed rail and he did. He loves his Princess very much and he wants her to be safety all

the time. The bed rail is so perfect on her bed. This is easy to install too. You do not

need any tools at all. My Princess is so happy and she enjoys sleeping on her bed more.

Potty Training

My little girl will be three years old this August and hoping that before her birthday she is all potty trained by

then. Pull ups is more expensive than diaper. She is smart little girl but stubborn in terms of going potty. We

bought her a new pink potty seat from Safety's First. It has the three function, one is to use the normal potty

seat, you can put the cushion on top of the regular toilet and last is you can use as step stool. My son, was

potty trained late and I heard that girl is easy to train, we will see. I post picture of her with these adventures

called potty trained.
