I am thankful that we have the fireplace to keep my family warm. It is not fun cutting the wood, split them and file it in the garage. It is a hard work. It saves us with the electric bill. We do not turn our thermostat. The fireplace is our main heat.

Thanks God for the fireplace
It was last week when the temperature is below zero. It was negative one where we live. The schools were close. I am happy about that. The wind chill is negative 21. It is very dangerous for your expose skin. Can you imagine kids outside in that frigid temperature waiting for the bus? My kids are lucky that we have a bus shed. They are warm inside while waiting for the bus. What about other kids?

I thank God for the fireplace and for my hard-working husband of mine too. I felt badly that he is working last week. There is even blizzard in the city. It was negative five and the wind chill is negative 35. He said that he cannot see the car in front of him. He drives his work truck. He said that it is very cold. They only stay outside for two minutes and back inside the truck to warm up. He also said that his eye brows were covered by snow.

Need pellets for the fire-place
Today is official fall. It means the chilly season started. Our fireplace in the living room need a pellets. We need to buy a ton for couple of months use. We need the warmth in that room as the kids spend most of their time playing. I wonder if the pellets price increases. Do you have a fire-place? What kind is it?

Wood Pellets
We have a two fireplace in our home. One in the family room and one in the living room. We do not turn on our furnace. We use our fireplace. Our electric bill is less when we use the fireplace. The warmth of the fireplace in the house is so different. It feels toasty and cozy. We have burning stove and wood pellets. I know it is Spring. Some states are really warm now. Here in Western NY, it seems like Winter is forever. In fact, I am sitting close to the fireplace right now. I am tired of this cold season.
We are using wood pellets in the living room. We turn it on when the kids are watching TV or playing. They need the warmth of the fireplace because it is very cold in that room. We use one bag and it is 40 pounds per bag. It will last a whole day if you use it non-stop. We only have the two bags left of wood pellets. My husband buys a ton of wood pellets. It is the best way to buy it and save some money. There are 50 bags in a ton. Oh Spring how I wish your true colors will show soon.
