Red sweet watermelon

I bought this watermelon for our Memorial Day Weekend party at the produce. Photobucket I paid $6.99 for watermelon. I slice it that night and put in the refrigerator. I was very surprised that the watermelon is very sweet. It is also seedless. My friends enjoyed eating the watermelon. It was very warm that day that munching the watermelon is so refreshing. I think I will buy another watermelon in that produce. My kids love to eat it and it is healthy for them. Do you like eating watermelon too? What is your favorite fruit to eat? I am linking this entry to Ruby Tuesday 2.

We just had some last weekend and I didn't expect that the smallest watermelon we bought was the most red and the sweetest I've ever had. It was pretty cheap too, couldn't remember how much though. Glad your kids enjoy it...my daughter was just pretending she did. lol!

I would love to find a seedless watermelon! And I would prefer not to have to prove that I am not a robot!

I like watermelon, the ruby fruit is sweet, but not too much. A juicy fruit (when ripe), it is a cool treat on a hot day. I prefer the modern melon, minus the seeds. Although in my younger days, seed spitting at a picnic is a young boy having a fun time...

I love watermelon! My family prefers it plain but I love it best with a honey/lime/tobasco dressing and cubes of feta cheese :).
