Trixie Jericho is on a mission to start her own miniature horse business. She’s sick of being told her idea is cute and wants nothing more than to be taken seriously. When rancher and sought-after freestyle horse trainer Nick Braden offers an opportunity she can’t refuse, Trixie jumps on it. The problem is, she also wants to jump on him, but the bullheaded, big-muscled, motorcycle-riding cowboy doesn't mix business with pleasure. Little does he know, Trixie has never backed down from a challenge, especially one she wants more than her next breath. Saddle up, big boy, because this boot-stompin’, risk-taking, Daisy Duke-wearing cowgirl isn’t afraid to play dirty.

I rated this book 5 *****'s
Who doesn't want to saddle a cowboy?

You make sure you were those darn sexy cowboy boots because they will get down and dirty. This book is beyond family-oriented, friendships, funny, not stop head-banging arguments but above all, it is hotter than summer. Be prepared to laugh out loud, fan yourself and head fall in-love with Trixie and Nick.

Letting go of the past, healing, and open your heart to fall -in love with an old friend is not a remedy of disaster but the second chance of love. I do not know how Ms. Melissa Foster always turns on the heat with her stories and her readers do not want to saddle their cowboy. I am not even a fan of a cowboy but darn Nick is one amazing guy who not only can ride a motorcycle but heart of gold. This book is such a hot read but an amazing story. Ms.Melissa Foster always blows us, readers, with her new stories that make you panting, laugh, and fall in love with her characters.

EMBRACING HER HEART
Embracing Her Heart (The Montgomerys Book 1) by [Foster, Melissa]
Leaving New York City and returning to her hometown to teach a screenplay writing class seems like just the break Grace Montgomery needs. Until her sisters wake her at four thirty in the morning to watch the hottest guys in town train wild horses and she realizes that escaping her sisters’ drama-filled lives was a lot easier from hundreds of miles away. To make matters worse, she spots the one man she never wanted to see again—ruggedly handsome Reed Cross.

Reed was one of Michigan’s leading historical preservation experts, but on the heels of catching his girlfriend in bed with his business partner, his uncle suffers a heart attack. Reed cuts all ties and returns home to Oak Falls to run his uncle’s business. A chance encounter with Grace, his first love, brings back memories he’s spent years trying to escape.

Grace is bound and determined not to fall under Reed’s spell again—and Reed wants more than another taste of the woman he’s never forgotten. When a midnight party brings them together, passion ignites and old wounds are opened. Grace sets down the ground rules for the next three weeks. No touching, no kissing, and if she has it her way, no breathing, because every breath he takes steals her ability to think. But Reed has other ideas…

ANYTHING FOR LOVE
Embracing Her Heart (The Montgomerys Book 1) by [Foster, Melissa]
After Charlotte Sterling loses her last family member, she moves to Sterling House, her family's Colorado mountain inn, to live a solitary life. As an erotic romance writer, her days and nights are filled with passion and intrigue-even if only fictional. She loves her busy, quiet lifestyle, and she learned early on that real men can't live up to the fictional heroes she creates-until ruggedly handsome Beau Braden arrives to do some work at the inn and, for the first time in forever, she's intrigued by a real man.

Beau lost his first love years ago, and he's never let go of his guilt over her death. As he nears the anniversary of his loss, he is on the cusp of becoming the star of a home-renovation reality show. Escaping the painful memories of his past to work at the defunct old inn is just the promise of solitude he needs to clear his head before diving in to the all-too-public career. But he didn't count on being attracted to the whimsical, adorably sexy innkeeper.

Neither Charlotte nor Beau is looking for an attachment or a fling. But the more they learn about each other, the closer they become. Romantic evenings lead to intimate conversations, and neither can deny their deep connection or the passion it sparks. They've never fully healed on their own, but together maybe anything is possible.

TRAILS OF LOVE
When Graham Braden travels to Oak Falls, Virginia to attend the wedding of his buddy Reed Cross to Grace Montgomery, he sticks around to help with renovations to Reed's new theater. Graham is a careful, keen businessman, and Morgyn is impulsive, disorganized, and more interested in the energy flow in her eclectic retail shop than in the accuracy of her records. While Graham isn't ready to open his pockets to the sassy, sexy business owner, he may be ready to open his heart.

MAKING YOU MINE
Embracing Her Heart (The Montgomerys Book 1) by [Foster, Melissa]
Knox Bentley never liked the pomp and circumstance that came with being wealthy. He’d distanced himself from his pretentious family and their fortune as a young adult and found his own path to success. But even with the world at his fingertips, he realizes something is missing, and after a long stay overseas, he finally knows exactly what it is. His no-strings-attached hookups with Aubrey Stewart, an exquisite and stubbornly independent blonde, are no longer enough for him. They connect on every level, but Aubrey is a fierce businesswoman with a new movie channel on the horizon and no time for much else. She is the deal he can’t close, the precious jewel even his billions can’t buy. Now that he’s back in the States, he’s determined to show her that what they have goes beyond the bedroom and finally make her his.

Love in Bloom novels feature alpha male heroes and sexy, empowered women. They're flawed, funny, passionate, and relatable to readers who enjoy contemporary romance and women's fiction. For avid readers of the Love in Bloom series, you may have met sexy and hilarious Knox Bentley, Graham Braden's business partner, in Trails of Love, and Aubrey Stewart, one of the badass billionaire founders of the Ladies Who Write (LWW), in Anything for Love.

SWEET, SEXY HEART - Releasing 4th August
Amber Montgomery is perfectly happy with her quiet life, running her bookstore, taking long walks with Reno, her Labrador retriever seizure dog, and spending time with her close-knit family. She’s never needed thrills the way some of her sisters have. In an effort to control her epilepsy, she tries to avoid anything that creates too much excitement or stress—including relationships. When Amber hosts a book signing for famed-athlete-turned-author Dash Pennington, he’s everything she’s spent her life avoiding: loud, aggressive, and far too handsome, as proven by the hordes of women who surround him everywhere he goes. Amber can’t ignore the sparks flying between her and Dash, but this is a no-brainer for her: Ignore their chemistry and hold her breath until he leaves town.

Dash Pennington has spent his life running. Running the ball in for a touchdown, running from town to town to appease his public relations reps, and running into the arms of too many women to count. He’s also an expert at protecting—his reputation, his sisters, and lately, his sanity. But he’s ready to make a change. When he comes to the sleepy little town of Oak Falls, Virginia, and witnesses the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen living the life he craves, she refuses to have anything to do with him. But now that Dash has found the one thing he doesn’t want to run from, he’ll stop at nothing to win her over.

A tragic love story

I enjoyed reading Ms. Helen Starbuck's writing before.  I knew that this story is no different. A tragic love story of an unforgetful relationship and the hate that cannot let go.

I am blown away by the author's writing.  It is hard to put the book down. You just want to go to the bottom of the story and finished reading this exciting, suspenseful, and love story.

There are times in our lives that we have to let go of the past and moved on. Sometimes it is hard to go forward. Revenge is such a greedy action and that the villain wants to take someone's lives but this time the couple lives. This story is nerve-racking and so good. Annie always my favorite heroine. She is feisty, hard-headed, and willing to jeopardized her life to save her loved ones.  I loved that she can make me laugh too.  I cannot wait to read what is life ahead of her and Angel.

I Will Always Love You Book by Ashley Lee London

Join us for this tour from Nov 16 to Dec 11, 2020!

Book Details:

Book Title:  I Will Always Love You by Ashley Lee London
CategoryAdult Fiction (18 yrs +),  287 pages
Genre: Romance
PublisherAshley Lee London
Release date:   June 2020
Content Rating:  PG. No F Words, I can think of several swear words and one very mild sex scene after its conclusion.

Book Description:

Grace Parrish made two mistakes when she fell in love. She forgot her mother’s stories of segregation. “Don’t love a white man, Grace. It’s too hard and he’ll break your heart.” Even worse, she fell in love with her best friend’s husband, Peter. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU is a poignant story about the foundation of marriage: love, honor, and fidelity—and the heartache of unrequited love. The must-read story shows how the power of love can overcome adversity, the pain of loss, and rejection because of racial heritage. Grace honors her best friend Lori’s marriage and refuses to pursue an affair, yet her heart will not allow her to love another. The bond of Peter’s love continues after Lori’s passing. During a chance meeting between Peter and Grace, much to their surprise, a spark ignites that causes them each to wonder, “Could it be that we’ve been given a second chance to fall in love?”

This book is so emotional

I admit I seldom cried while reading a book. This book is so emotional. I even sobbed while reading the book. This story hits me so hard like a bullet.

One of the best and emotional books I read this month. It is such a beautiful read with so many emotions and beautiful lessons to learned in life.

Life is too short. We need to spend it on people whom we loved and cheeriest the most.  Any arguments need to be resolve before a person ends her life. I know it is easy to say but hard to do.

This story tackles family and health problems. The author did an amazing job. Many readers can relate to this story. I love how families close ties. The friendship is beyond beautiful. People are lucky if we have a friend whom we can trust and call a sister, not by blood but heart. I have three whom I called sisters not by blood but by heart.

I cannot wait to read more of the author's beautiful stories what will capture our heart.

This book is such an amazing read

The second book that I have read from the author Ms. Kari Bovee and I am blown away. This book is such an amazing read. It is not only historical but so intense. It will keep you edgy on your seat. Hold on tight.

I love the heroine and the enemies of this beautiful story. It will amaze you. One of the best books I have read so far this month. I am looking forward to reading more from the author.

The ancient ritual is unbelievable. Families sacrificed for the loved-ones because of the said rituals. Beliefs will make you blind and it empowers a family loss without knowing it.

Love Under the Stars (The Brashear Series Book 1) Book by Kathleen Shoop

1861, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Inspired by the true story of John and Phoebe Brashear who developed telescopes and lenses that are still in use today, Love Under the Stars brings the beginnings of their journey to life. Set against the steel mills of Pittsburgh, a young man has a mind for astronomy and physics, the gifted hands of a millwright, and the heart of a minister. Conflicted about which life path to take, he is further confounded when the love of his life shows up teaching Sunday school in the classroom next to his.

Phoebe Stewart is headstrong, responsible, and meticulous about her role as baker and cook in her family's household. Despite her whip-smart mind, she understands that she will live a single woman's life with her family and revels in the caring and feeding fourteen household members. Then she meets John Brashear. He opens her eyes to a universe of heavenly bodies, a world of possibility beyond the walls of her home.

Torn between the love growing between the two and Phoebe's devotion to her family, they navigate a path to where they can announce their plans to marry and buy a little home up on the South Side Slopes. It all seems to make sense… until it doesn’t. Can John and Phoebe fulfill their obligations while being true to their hearts? Can they make their dreams come true?

 Loving the new series

I am enjoying the first book of the new series. I am looking forward to reading more of this beautiful series. I loved to read love stories of the old times. The relationship is so different compared to nowadays. The love between each other is pretty the same.

I would love to be John's girlfriend. I love astronomy, water scenes, and my camera.  I think it is so romantic to enjoy the scenery and feel the warmth of your lover surrounds you while enjoying the star. I am so happy that these two found each other and fight for their relationship against all odds.  It is already a great read and cannot wait to read more.

Don't Look In Book by Tom Saric

Join us for this spotlight tour from Nov 9 to 20, 2020!

Book Details:

Book Title:  DON'T LOOK IN
Author:  Tom Saric
CategoryAdult Fiction (18 +), 230 pages
Genre:  Thriller, Mystery
Publisher:  Severn River Publishing
Release date:  October, 2020
Content Rating:   PG-13 + M. No gratuitous sex, profanity or violence.

Book Description:

A PSYCHIATRIST BECOMES PRIME SUSPECT IN THE MURDERS OF HIS PATIENTS IN A NEW THRILLER

The patients of psychiatrist Gus Young are turning up dead in Tom Saric’s new thriller, DON’T LOOK IN (October 6, 2020; Severn River Publishing), and he is the main suspect.

Gus fled the big city to escape the shame, gossip and glares of his family, friends and colleagues after he tarnished his reputation. He ends up in a small, backwater rural town in Maine where no one will know him and he can start his life over. But someone is out to get him, and is framing him for the murders of his patients.

Wanda Flynn, the sexy town prostitute who is having an illicit affair with the married mayor, is demanding that he leave his wife for her. Her brother has just been released from jail after a ten-year sentence, and is back in town. It was Wanda’s testimony that was pivotal in sealing his conviction. Suddenly she is found dead, shot in the head in front of her apartment, shortly after she had unburdened her secrets, fears and desires to Gus Young. Because of patient-client confidentiality, Gus cannot reveal that she is his client, nor what she revealed to him, even if it will help to solve the murders, or clear his name as a suspect.

Then another patient, Ned, who is suffering from paranoia and is sure he knows the identity of Wanda’s killer, is found dead in his home after he had an altercation with Gus that left him bleeding on the floor. The police find bullets in both victims that match a rare gun, the Lee-Enfield No.4, which has mysteriously vanished from Gus’s basement. And they find Wanda’s turquoise necklace in his possession.

All the evidence point to Gus. He is the prime suspect in the murders, but in order to protect his clients’ confidentiality, even after they are dead, Gust doesn’t reveal information that can prove his —Over— innocence. Gus puts his own life in jeopardy in a desperate effort to clear his name and track down the real killer. When his estranged daughter comes to visit him, her life and the life of his trusted friend Sheila, are in jeopardy from the real killer who wants to do them harm. As a sinister plot unravels, Gus discovers a horrible secret about his past.

Tom Saric, who is a psychiatrist, packs his thriller with quirky characters: the cross-dresser, the married couple who don’t enjoy sex, the psychopath who is a petty criminal, the town sex-worker, and a love interest, the tall beautiful blonde who shares his love of country music and is the first woman to show an interest in him after his messy divorce.

DON’T LOOK IN is the first in a series featuring psychiatrist Gus Young who uses his acuity in understanding the human psyche to solve murders. Fans of the HBO series, In Treatment starring Gabriel Byrne, will relish the character of Gus Young as he solves murders using psychological, not forensic, evidence.

So twisted yet so good

As much as I love reading toe-curling romance stories, suspense or mystery is my second favorite genre to read. Nothing beats that heart-thumping moment when you are about to know who the killer is or who has done it.

This is my very first book by the author. I liked this story. It is so twisted yet so good. It is a very interesting read. I enjoyed every chapter of the book. It is so scary, loved the sceneries especially the woods. It captivates my mind and my imagination. It is so brutal yet so good. The psychiatrist who helps a lot of problems now a suspect and willing to clear his reputation. It has a bizarre twist that will blow your mind. I cannot put it down. It is such an amazing read.

I am looking forward to reading the second book of the series. Well done Mr. Saric.

Book Description:

Set in New England at the time of the American Bicentennial, The Way to Remember is the poignant story of a displaced young woman struggling to figure out who she is within the context of her hometown and the carefully masked dysfunction of her family. "Everything can be fixed by writing a check." Words to live by for Robin Fortune's wealthy father, until he can't buy her way back into college after she's expelled for dealing pot. Now he chooses not to speak to her anymore, but that's just one of the out-of-whack situations Robin's facing. At nineteen, she feels rudderless, working in a diner by day and sleeping with a buddy from high school by night - all so strange for her because she was always the one with the plan. While her college friends plotted how to ensnare husbands, she plotted a novel, which she scratched out into a series of spiral-bound notebooks she hides in the closet. But now, there's nothing. No vision, no future, no point. In fact, the only thing she feels she has to look forward to is that her favorite author, Maryana Capture, is paying a visit to the local Thousand Words bookstore. Robin surmises that if she can convince Maryana to help her get her novel published, she'll finally get herself back on track. Except that life never takes a straight path in this intensely satisfying coming-of-age novel.

A beautiful story of failure and perseverance

A typical story of a young woman who fell into a trap of illegal drugs. The will to survive and fix what she did wrong in her life by living in her self. A beautiful story of not giving up and perseverance.

My very first book to read from the author. It is a slow pace until you reach the middle of the story. It a story of friendship, love, family, and dreams.  I liked how Robin so independent at a young age. She is a believer that dreams will come true. She is not a quitter. She fights what is right and never gives up. I adored her and hope that all the teenagers are like her with a passion for what she has.

A story of an avid fan who has a dream of writing her own story. Everything in life is not easy but if you work hard, success is not far away.
