How to have a Pest-Free Home

I remember to see flying cockroaches in my Mom’s cabinet back in my home town. It is very disgusting to see them hiding inside the covers. We keep our food covered with a plate. I bet the smell of the food attracts them. Sometimes they are flying towards you. Can you imagine how I freaked out? The last time I went for a vacation, I did not notice any cockroaches. I do not know if they are still in the covers or they are gone forever.

Pests are very dirty.  They are very unhealthy and make you sick. I got bit by a cockroach before while sleeping when I was a kid. My arms were swollen very bad—Luckily I was fine, thank God. The dangers of pests for others are lethal. You never know if you are carrying a disease from pests. There are ways to control pests. You have to make sure that your house is very clean. Pests love to go places where it is smelly and dirty. You also need services like pests control professional to keep your house pests free.

There is a show on TV about pests invading homes. It is very frightening to watch. The home owners are afraid of their own house. I watch the show because I want to learn and prevent pests coming to our home.  The exterminator did an awesome job killing and preventing pests from coming to that house.

How about you? Do you suspect of having pests in your house? Do you need professional to check your house? Why not give Terminix a call? You can also fill-up a form from their Website.  When you call now, there is $50 discount special offer for any pest control solution. Please do not wait for pests to control your house. Ay naku sis, they're filthy and brings all kinds of diseases. Just last week, we had our flat serviced by a pest control because the creepy crawlers are coming out again due to the heat. I just hate those buggers!

That's why we always make it a point to wipe clean with a disinfectant every surface where food has dropped or touched to drive away the pests. It's keeping the area clean but there are still lots of them crawling around.

My husband is so allergic to any insects whatsoever. If he sees a little bug in the house, he'll hunt it like there's no tomorrow :-)

I'm like Bless' hubby, I hunt them like there's no tomorrow. :) My boys are so afraid of cockroaches and so I need to make sure there's none in the house. But I know they're still there, hiding. :(

I agree! That is why, we have to hire an exterminator every twice a year before the cold weather starts and then before the winter gets over, to get rid of those unwanted pests. I hated them.

Ewwww that cockroach! I got bitten by it a couple times in the past, too, Momi Jess and it made me sick because the bitten part got swollen and was very painful. I hate pests! Who doesn't right? I am glad here in America, I rarely see them. Or should I say, so far, I have never seen any in my home! What a relief!

Sana may Terminix din locally dito, but tyaga na lang kay Mapecon. But me, hinuhuli ko ang mga ipis by holding them in their antennae. Brutal di ba?

I really hate insects! I make sure I don't see them at home by asking our house helper to use the pesticide we buy every two weeks. :)
