I am not sure how did Ms. Lauren Carr blow my mind again with this amazing book The Nutcracker Conspiracy. There are so many twists and turn with the story. I thought I figured it out who is the culprit, but I was wrong. This book is so good. I have to keep my eyes open even in the middle of the night because I cannot put it down. 

Love is a deadly game. The twisted mind of a lover will drive you insane. This book has never a dull moment. It is tingling, furry friendly, suspense and above all mind-blowing. I loved the name of one of the hero who saves the main character's life. It has a different spelling with my daughter's name. 

This series is one of a kind series and that I want to reread the first book of the series. Ms. Lauren Carr, I am always a fan and you never disappointed me as usual.

Wealth is nothing if you are heartless

This is my favorite book from the Letter series by Miss Kathleen Shoop. It is not because I grew up closed to a river and learned how to swim. I love eating mussels too. It reminded me when I was young to dive for shells to cook and have it for dinner.

This book is such a sweet read. I loved how the main characters meet. Wealth is nothing when you are heartless. Love makes your head crazy just to find for that certain individual that makes your heart skip. It is a good thing to follow what your heart dictates despite what other people say. I love how this novella ends. Now, I have to reread the books that followed this sweet novella.

The Family Letters

      

Luckily for author Kathleen Shoop, her ancestors kept hold of letters that are now between 100 and 120 years old. The first set of letters was handed down to Shoop from her mother. They appear in the collection called My Dear Frank. They are sweet and hopeful love letters written to Frank Arthur from his then-fiancé, Jeanie Scouller, between July 1882 and May 1883. My Dear Frank only contains Jeanie’s letters to Frank, as his were lost or destroyed at some point. However, for readers who love to bask in the past, Jeanie’s letters make it easy to understand much of what Frank had said, as she responds as quickly as she possibly could.
