A series not to miss

My very first book of the author Mr. Gabriel Valjan and boy I am already become a new fan. Where have I been? This prequel of the series is very interesting, intriguing and nerve backing to read. The first book of the prequel I am already addicted. It is like going into the real mafia, their secrets, enemies and how only not people afraid of them but the entire community. Corruption and its finest.

I cannot wait to read the entire book of the series. I know that I will not put my Kindle down. The series is one of the kind and this reader blows her mind with so much thrill, action and vengeance for the victims and their families.

The prequel to the series is just a tease and it is very addicting. Once yo start reading the stories, you cannot do anything but enjoy, relax and be captivated of how amazing the stories and heroes that will put justice to its tragedy they're experienced.

Bound Book by Elizabeth Anne Wood

Join us for this tour from June 24 to July 10, 2020!

Book Details:
Book Title:  Bound: A Daughter, a Domme, and an End-of-Life Story by Elizabeth Anne Wood
Category:  Adult non-fiction 18 yrs +,  296 pages
Genre:  Memoir
Publisher:  She Writes Press.
Release date:   August 2019
Content Rating:  PG-13 + M. In addition to its primary focus on confronting terminal illness in the context of a complex mother-daughter relationship, this book addresses mature themes of sexuality (specifically BDSM), death, and illness. Conversations about sexuality are related, sex toys and body parts are mentioned by name, but there are no actual erotic sex scenes. There are healthcare scenes that describe procedures and bodily functions and fluids. There is a fair amount of poop in some scenes. The F-word appears once, on page 167, used in an expletive sense. The word "shit" appears twice, once as an expletive on p. 51 and once in reference to bodily waste and also metaphorically.

 Book Description:

What happens when a forty-something, community college sociology professor learns that her mother―a charming, passive-aggressive, and needy woman who hasn’t had a lover in decades―has started seeing men who want to be bound, whipped, and sexually dominated? What happens when that same mother, shortly after diving into her newly discovered sexuality, develops a cancer that forces her to accept radical changes to her body, and then another that forces her, and everyone around her, to confront her mortality? In Bound, Elizabeth Anne Wood addresses these questions as she chronicles the last eight months of her mother’s life―a period she comes to see, over the course of months, as a maternity leave in reverse: she is carrying her mother as she dies. Throughout their journey, Wood uses her notebook as a shield to keep unruly emotions at bay, often taking comfort in her role as advocate and forgetting to “be the daughter,” as one doctor reminds her to do. Meanwhile, her mother’s penchant for denial and her childlike tendency toward magical thinking lead to moments of humor even as Wood battles the red tape of hospital bureaucracies, the frustration of planning in the midst of an unpredictable illness, and the unintentional inhumanity of a health care system that too often fails to see the person behind the medical chart.

I rate this book 5 *****'s

This book is a tearjerker

I seldom cries while reading a book. It will take me really a good book for my tears to shed. Bound is an exemption. This book blows my emotions away in so many levels.

The unselfish love for a daughter to her Mom is very inspiring. This makes me think of my mom the most while reading this book. My mom just turned 79 years old almost a week ago. I saw and spoke to her thru video chat on Facebook. I just wish that she does not live a world apart from me. The story makes me even love my mom even more. If you have not reached to your mom for a long time, this book will inspire you to do so.

This book is a wide opening. Working in a nursing home, I understand the emotions while reading this book. I experienced the love and the loss of a parent while working as a housekeeper. This story helps me even more to take good care of those residents while at work.

I become a fan of this author. I am looking forward to reading more of her books.

A Little Bit Wicked (The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside) Book by Melissa Foster

A captivatingly funny and deeply emotional new standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. When the Dark Knights at Bayside and the cast of Bayside Summers collide, sparks fly, and trouble—or maybe love—is not far behind.

Set on the sandy shores of Cape Cod, the Wickeds feature fiercely protective heroes, strong heroines, and unbreakable family bonds. If you think bikers are all the same, you haven’t met the Dark Knights. The Dark Knights are a motorcycle club, not a gang. Their members stick together like family and will stop at nothing to keep their communities safe. Their stories are told in the same loving, passionate voice readers have come to adore from Melissa. Some of the Wickeds’ love stories will be hilariously fun, others will tear at your heartstrings with injections of humor, but they will all leave you wishing you could climb between the pages and join them!

In A LITTLE BIT WICKED…
What do a cocky biker and a businesswoman who has sworn off dating bad boys have in common? According to Chloe Mallery, not much.

Justin came into the Wicked family after a harsh upbringing by a thieving father. He’s gone through a lot to become a true Wicked, and he’s made them proud. Now he’s ready to show the woman he loves exactly what type of man he is. But Chloe Mallery has worked hard to move past her difficult upbringing, and she’s wary of getting involved with a man who looks like he’s walked right out of it. When tragedy strikes, will their trying pasts draw them together, or will Justin’s protective nature be too much for Chloe’s independent heart to accept?

This book is so titillating

Ms. Melissa Forster's book is always a great book to read. It gets better to the best. You cannot choose which one is your favorite read and including this new book A Bit Wicked.

It is indeed wicked in so many ways. I laugh out loud so many times. This story is so titillating like she normally writes. She never stops to amaze her readers. I am so in-love with Justin and not only his looks, talent but his heart of gold. Chloe is even worse of how amazing she is. I am so glad that these two finally let their desires speak. This is a must book to read. Reading that certain parts about animals already blew me away. I can relate to the nursing home which makes me even loves these two characters.

I cannot wait for the next book of the series.
